How do I track my order? |
Step 1 - Go to the Log in page and enter your email address and your password. Login Here
Step 2 - Once logged into your Account, your order will be listed under Recent order history. Locate the order you are wanting an update on.
Step 3 - After you have located your order, look to the right of the page under "status". If your status shows as "Complete" or "In-Progress", your order has entered the shipping process. Please note that this does not necessarily mean your item has left the warehouse and is enroute. To see where your item is at, you can check the tracking number (if available)* by clicking the "Track" hyperlink. |
